Construction of one of the first GREEN communities for Eastern North Carolina continues right here in Greenville. Teakwood Green is seeing major growth with the finalization of roads and sidewalks. The new sign has been placed and you will notice the finalized logo in the header of this website. Construction of our first two homes is as well nearly complete.

The construction of these homes along with the nearly complete laying of roads shows the commitment W & A Construction has for the continual push for environmentally-friendly communities for Greenville, Pitt County and Eastern North Carolina. All homes constructed in Teakwood Green will be rigorously built to meet Green-Building standards. These homes will be meeting certified standards such as E-300 Plus, Energy-Star and NAHB Green Building Standards.
